Jasper Fforde, one of my favourite authors, is speaking at the 2011 Book Festival on Friday 4th March and I have tickets. Double YAY!
Looking forward to hearing what madness I can expect from his new book.
Currently reading his latest, Shades of Grey. I would be lying if I said it was easy to read! Everyone is a colour and the world has colour pumped in, depending on how affluent you are or whether you live in a posh neighbourhood, depends on how brightly you get to see the world. There is a merit system too that I haven't quite got my head around. Only on page 23 though.
